Return Policy
Wedding Dresses
You may return any Wedding Gown that you are unhappy with and receive an internet store credit
towards the purchase of any item on the site.
There is a 30% return/restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping charges. You must
contact us within 2 business days of delivery with you intent to return.
You may not exchange any gown for another size or color, as we expect you to Measure Yourself
before you order. Please note that colors on your screen may appear different than real life.
We can not accept returns on any custom gowns. All gowns must be received in original shipped condition,
unworn, unaltered, and with all packaging. Products that is not returned in the condition it was sent
will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price.
Other Products
All Sales Are Final. There are NO returns/exchanges on Shoes, Jewelry, Lingerie, Prom and Evening dresses, Bridesmaids
dresses, Mother of the bride gowns, Flower girl dresses, Headpieces, Quinceanera gowns, or Accessories.
A white or Ivory bridesmaid, mother of the bride, or any other evening gown does not qualify as a wedding gown for return purposes.
There will be a $40 fee applied to any refused packages.
Damaged Products
Every product that leaves our store is hand inspected for any defects. All products shipped are authentic and brand new.
If you feel that you have received a damaged product, you must contact us within 2 business days. We will contact the manufacturer
and ship a new product to you as quickly as possible. On Sale Bridal will incur shipping charges on damaged Products.
If the product has been misused or was not defective, it will be shipped back to you. On Sale Bridal will not incur any shipping
charges on not defective or misused Products.
Cancellations
There are NO cancellations on rush orders, in stock dresses, orders from manufacturers stock inventory, Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Prom dresses,
Mothers dresses, Shoes or Accessories. All orders must be canceled within 24 hours of initial purchase and there will be a 50%
cancellation fee.
We will do everything in our power to honor your cancellation request without being obligated to the Products.
If the manufacturer accepts the cancellation from us, we then will accept the cancellation from you.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars. OnSaleBridal is not responsible for the current currency exchange rates.
