OnSaleBridal.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions occasionally. Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
You acknowledge by use of this site that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site. You also acknowledge that OnSaleBridal.com shall not be held liable for any kind of damages to your use of this site.
Shipping
Our gowns and products are guaranteed for manufacturer defect and damage during shipping. We and our designers stand behind their products if there is a defect or if the gown is damaged, it will be replaced by our company at no extra charge. Please order early, there will be no refunds if you get your gown and it is damaged and you ordered too late for a replacement in time for your event. You will receive a replacement gown but not a refund.
We have not missed a ship date yet but sometimes a gown being late can be stressful so please order early to avoid this extra stress. Designer dresses are special ordered and can take up to 15 weeks for delivery from the manufacturer to us. Make sure to check delivery time under each item description. Please order early to allow plenty of time for alterations. Our ship dates are approximate. Sometimes there are delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. There are times that the manufacturer is backed up in shipping during busy times. Sometimes there are delays in customs and a product could be late. Therefor we will not be held liable if your gown is delayed in shipping. We do our best to ship your gown early and make sure the manufacturer keeps to the shipping dates we are quoted but sometimes there are delays.
Sizes
Bridal Attire is not like street clothes. Every manufacturer has their own size chart for their gowns. It is very important to measure yourself to see what size you wear for the gown you are ordering. Gowns can be taken in to be made smaller to fit you but most gowns can not be let out. That is why it is important to go with the larger size for your measurements. If you need any help in determining size you may contact us at info@onsalebridal.com. Ordering a size is your responsibility. We might have a suggestion but it is your decision on what gown size you want. Most gowns will have to be altered once you receive them to make it fit you perfectly. We are not responsible for alterations. If a gown is defective in size we will measure the gown and send it back to the manufacturer for the correct size. A gown must measure according to the size chart for that designer to within one inch of error.
Colors
We have made every effort to display colors of our products as accurately as possible. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings and we can not guarantee your monitors color settings.
Payment
You may pay with Pay Pal, Google Checkout or a Credit Card. All credit card numbers are processed offline for at most security.
